Can having a gluten intolerance disease actually benefit you in the long run? The answer is astounding, but it can help you and your body in due time. An article titled “The Pros and Cons of a Gluten Free Diet” written by Denise Barry of Exos Blog talks about how being gluten free can lead to a healthier diet, and reverse the damages of inflammation.
When you make the decision to go gluten free, it will help your body immensely in the long run. Gluten filled foods now have the tendency to make our bodies fluffy and cause us to look and be overweight due to inflammation. Being gluten free however, will allow your body to stay lean, and defined. Not only is this great news for athletes, body builders, and other active people, it is great knowledge to have no matter your lifestyle. Staying healthy and looking fit is something that most, if not everyone, wants to be. Being gluten free will make this task much easier. Active people build up inflammation in their bodies over time, which can lead to less muscle range, and more injuries. Gluten free diets will allow your body to fight off inflammation, keeping your body injury free, and allow your body to move as it should, free of restrictions.
Gluten free diets will also allow the rest of your diet to become healthier, and filled with higher quality foods which will do nothing but benefit your body in the long run. Denise Barry mentions how people who eat gluten free often eat less processed foods which are usually unhealthy and cause inflammation in your body. Being gluten free can also introduce you to all new different types of foods and grains because your dietary access is limited to gluten free items. Some of these items include quinoa, fruits and vegetables, and healthy fats in foods. Being gluten free will allow you to have and maintain a healthy diet. If gluten intolerance and allergies have been around for so long, how come this knowledge of going gluten free can be beneficial is just surfacing now?
i like how it is easy to understand what you are talking about and everything is very easy to read, but being gluten free would suck
ReplyDeleteI like how you break down the benefits being gluten free have over actually eating. You really do a good job making the information being more understandable. I think it would of been better if you had added more information about the long term affects of being gluten free.
